FACILITY RULES

Adult Supervision
While attending the Superior Funland all minors must be accompanied by an Adult (age 18 or older). Adults must be in close visual contact with their respective minor. Superior Fun land recommends a max of five (5) children per supervising adult. All guests under the age of 18 are required to have a completed and signed waiver prior to entering the facility.

PAID ADMISSION REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN AGES 1 THROUGH 17 YEARS!
Adults are free when accompanying a child (1-17 years of age) with paid admission. All children must be covered under a Single-day, Monthly Membership or Punch card. Prior to entering, paid admission is required for all children over 12 months. Infants, (children 12-months-and-under) are free with the paid admission of an older sibling. Single-child households with a child under 12 months or younger will need to purchase a one-day pass to play. All guests under the age of 18 are required to have a completed and signed waver prior to entering the facility.

WEAR SOCKS AT ALL TIMES!
Socks are ALWAYS required. Socks are required to be worn at all times while at FUNLAND. No shoes/bare feet are allowed in the playground area. Every guest should wear appropriate clothing for active play. Please, avoid any loose or dangling items such as jewelry, scarves, belts, etc. These items can get caught on various play structures. Guests with long hair are encouraged to secure their hair (Ponytails, clips, hats, etc.) for safer play. Shoes will be allowed if necessary for medical/personal reasons but are expressly forbidden to be worn on the Kangaroo Jumper. No Exceptions. Avoid wearing footwear that could harm our children's feet if stepped on (high-heels, steel-toed shoes, etc.)

Cafeteria Rules
Guests are allowed to bring outside food and beverages. Delivery is also welcome to facility. Gum, Glass containers, Alcohol, tobacco and tobacco related products (e-cigarettes & vaping) etc. or any kind of parties/celebrations are forbidden in the cafeteria. Violation of this policy will result in future prohibition and/or $550 facility charge. Highchairs, vacuum & cleaning supplies are provided to assist in mealtime and clean up. All guests are required to clean up after themselves. Food and beverages are ONLY ALLOWED in the cafeteria area. Tables are not held or reserved. We ask once you are finished, please remove and clean the area for others to enjoy.

Party Rooms Rules
The party room rental is only use for reservations. We do allow 1 hour for transition period between reservations. 30 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time to setup. 30 minutes after reservation time to clean up the area. We ask all guests to be prompt during setup/take-down to minimize any overlap between reservations. Guests are free to bring their own decorations if no damages are made to the property. Guests are required to bring in their own food & drinks. Crock pots & coolers are welcome. A copy of our Liability Waiver that must be completed for each child under the age of 18 attending by either their parent or the hosting adults. A Liability Waiver for each child must be returned to Superior FunLand in person the day of the party.

Safety First:
All guest of the age of 17 and younger must be supervised by an adult (18+ yrs) at all times. Superior Fun Land policy has a maximum of five (5) children per adult. To ensure the safety of the property. Surveillance cameras are placed around the facility (24 hrs). All families are asked to follow standard sick policies maintained by schools/day cares facilities. Children with fever (100 degrees or higher), vomited, diarrhea or undiagnosed rash in the last 24 hrs be kept home. Cubbies located in cafeteria area where you can keep your belongings. Superior Fun Land is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen items. Superior Fun Land mandates all guests to be responsible for their children, report safety hazard, inappropriate behavior, or other concerns for the safety of our guests. All guests are required to have read the terms and conditions of the policy before agreeing to a membership/day pass
